Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and OVVIO Solutions for the use of Psychological Tests Online. Please read them before using the service, with or without an account.
What this service is
Psychological Tests Online offers self-assessment questionnaires drawn from published psychological frameworks, together with written reports and an optional AI companion that discusses your results with you.
It is a tool for reflection and self-understanding, and nothing more.
What this service is not
It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or a substitute for assessment by a qualified professional. No result here identifies, confirms or rules out any condition.
Do not use it to make decisions about medical care, medication, or the treatment of yourself or anyone else. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Who may use it
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One account is for one person; please do not share it.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You can close your account at any time, from the Account page on the website or from your profile in the app. Closing it deletes your data as the Privacy Policy describes.
You can also use the service as a guest, without an account. These terms apply to guest use too. Guest data is deleted automatically after 30 days without activity, and you can delete it sooner from the Account page.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service; scrape or bulk-copy assessment content; resell access; present results as a clinical assessment of another person; or use the AI companion to produce unlawful or harmful material.
Paid features
Some reports and features require payment. Prices are shown before you buy, in your local currency where available, and include tax where applicable.
On the website, Link, a Stripe company, acts as merchant of record for purchases. Link takes your payment, charges and remits VAT or other sales tax, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles payment questions, refund requests and payment disputes, under Link's own terms, which you accept at checkout. RevenueCat Web Billing links the purchase to your account. We provide the service and the Premium features you buy, and we remain responsible for them under these terms. In the mobile apps, you buy through the App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you bought on the website, cancel from the link in your receipt email or in your Link account at link.com. If you bought in the app, cancel through the App Store or Google Play.
A one-time unlock is a single payment. It does not renew, and it gives you lifetime access to what it unlocks.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, including the Netherlands, or in the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Paid features are digital content supplied immediately. When you buy, you give your express consent to supply beginning straight away, within the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Once supply has begun with that consent, the right of withdrawal ends. For website purchases, Link handles withdrawal and refund requests under its own terms, and you can also contact us at support@psychologicaltests.online. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right that Link's terms give you.
Purchases made inside the mobile apps are handled by Apple or Google and are also subject to their refund policies.
The AI companion
The AI companion generates text automatically. It can be wrong, and it does not know anything about you beyond what you and your results tell it.
Treat what it says as a prompt for reflection, never as professional advice. Do not send it information you would not want stored.
Content and ownership
The assessments, reports, text, design and software are ours or our licensors' and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial reflection.
Your answers and results remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them, produce your reports and provide the service to you.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take based on an assessment result. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in that period.
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing here removes them.
Ending this agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Nothing in this section removes a right the law of your country gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date, and where the change is significant we will give notice before it takes effect.
